MY PORTFOLIO PROJECT
1. Designing and managing an online website-based Integrated Information System for Operational Departments.
IDEA AND INSIGHT
To help implement the principles and functions of operational management at the branch office, a tool is needed to help managing an integrated operational system that includes planning, organizing, implementing, supervising and developing operational systems.
This sparked the idea of designing a project that would hopefully help organize strategies to achieve company's vision and mission. This project also aimed to create a work system in the operational division to achieve optimal performance, namely effective, efficient, productive, and high-quality performance.
OBJECTIVE
To create an integrated Operational Information System that can be implemented in branch offices. This system is rich in detailed, updated, and useful information for determining strategies within the scope of operational responsibilities at branch office.
BACKGROUND
There is a lack of an Integrated Information System, particularly in the Operations area, at branch offices, that can provide integrated, detailed, up-to-date, and timely information. This is due to the different systems used, resulting in disparate sources of information. This project is expected to provide useful output by presenting comprehensive and detailed information to help branch users achieve effective, efficient, productive, and high-quality performance.
This project is also very useful for monitoring the development of skills and training of manpower in branches for implementing staff administration and is also useful for all information users in branch office.
INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN AND DRAFTING PROCESS
After completing the initial steps, which involve identifying user needs at the branch, the design planning process begins, followed by system design, analysis, system integration, system design, and implementation. Long-term development can also be carried out continuously by implementing business process improvements.

2. Designing and managing an online website-based Financial Statement Information and Monitoring System.
IDEA AND INSIGHT
IMPLEMENTED FINANCIAL MONITORING PRINCIPLES :
1. Continuous Improvement Method (Prototyping Method) which is continuously developed following technological developments and adapting to changes in systems and Standard operating procedures.
2. Integration Method of Technical Expertise in Data Analysis and Financial Statement Expertise. Collaboration of Technical and Financial Management Skills can support the implementation of a Consistent and Optimal Monitoring System.
3. Business Process Management Implementation Method with 360-degree Oversight . Conducting oversight and control of the financial system in branch office, help to organized and comprehensive manner, namely by means of end-to-end oversight of the process starting from planning, payment and validation such as validation data partner, expense and taxes, to the detailed and accurate correction and screening settlement process.

3. Organize and manage the Financial Statement Report, Company's Multi-Account Bank and manage Reconciliation Report.

CREATING A SYSTEM THAT MAKES IT EASIER TO MANAGE AND MONITOR CASH FLOW ACTIVITIES AND RECONCILIATION OF MULTI-BANK ACCOUNTS IN A COMPANY

4. Manage, monitor and supervise payment activities and expense for the company's operational and promotional budget submissions. Ensure all implementation in the field is in accordance with the budget submission mechanism and does not violate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
